IT’S one of the most sought-after
trophies in the land, and later this
month more than 220 juniors will
attempt to get their hands on the
prestigious Gary Player Classic trophy.
The 39th staging of the classic
– which has been won previously
by Greg Norman, Peter Senior, Ian
Baker-Finch, Adam Scott and Jason
Day – will be played at Pacific Golf
Club in Brisbane from September 28

practice in the hope on winning the
Katherine Hull Classic.
The classic, formerly known as
the Queensland Girls’ Stroke Play
Championship, will be played at

Sunshine Coast from September 26-28.
